YSRCP founder, Y S Jagan Mohan Reddy declared won in the Pulivendla assembly constituency by the Election Commission of India (ECI).
As per the information from the official sources of the EC, Jagan Mohan Reddy secured 1,16,315 votes and won with a majority of 61,687 votes against. Meanwhile, the Telugu Desam Party candidate B Tech Ravi, lost with a margin of 61,687 votes. For the Pulivendla assembly constituency, a total of 29 candidates from various parties were in the foray.
While Jagan Mohan Reddy secured a victory for himself, the party faced its worst defeat ever. The YSRCP fought against the alliance of TDP-Jana Sena and the Bharatiya Janata Party in Andhra.
