Chief Minister Y S Jagan Mohan Reddy has been leading in Pulivendla from the Yuvajana Sramika Rythu Congress Party (YSRCP) in Andhra Pradesh. The vote counting process began at 8am in the morning at 33 locations in 401 counting halls. Section 144 is in place at the counting areas.
According to the data provided by the Election Commission, Y S Jagan Mohan Reddy has been leading with a margin of close to 2000 by around 9:30 am. He secured around 4434 votes in his favor so far and the counting is still in process.
This time, while Jagan Mohan Reddy’s YSRCP is one side, the opposition parties, TDP, Jana Sena and BJP has formed the NDA.A total of 3.33 crore voters exercised their electoral power this year in Andhra Pradesh.
