Palnadu's Image Tarnished: SP Malika Garg Speaks Out on Violence

Addressing a public meeting held at the Vinukonda RTC bus stand recently, Palnadu Superintendent of Police Malika Garg voiced her concerns regarding the recent incidents of post-poll violence in the region.

Expressing her disappointment, SP Malika Garg highlighted the negative impact that the violence has had on Palnadu's reputation, both locally and nationally. She lamented, "Palnadu has gained national notoriety for a negative reason." She further added, "The entire country now imagines that people here roam the streets with bats and sticks in their hands."

The SP's remarks shed light on the gravity of the situation, indicating that the recent violence has not only tarnished the image of Palnadu but has also led to widespread misconceptions about the region. She revealed the distressing queries she has received from her acquaintances, stating, "My batchmates and friends are asking if Palnadu has a significant faction problem."
