Telugu Desam-Jana Sena and the Bharatiya Janata Party alliance has released its third list of candidates for the upcoming polls on March 22, 2024. The list comprises 13 MP candidates and 11 Assembly candidates.
However, as soon as the list is delivered, the opposition alliance is being criticised for not having its own leaders as priority. Most of the leaders who managed to grab the seat are once the leaders of YSRCP and changed the party ahead of elections. Now, these defectors were given tickets by the opposition allaince.
YSRCP leader and Rajya Sabha MP, Vijay Sai Reddy took to twitter and said, “Most of the TDP-JSP Parliament candidates are former YSRCP leaders. Where are your leaders? Why is the opposition scared to promote leaders from its cadres like we do? Why do they not trust their cadres? Looks like it will be the YSRCP Team vs. Defectors.”
Now, it needs to be seen how the opposition cadre would react to this. The earlier released lists have also disappointed many.
