Prabhas' heroines for more than a decade have been well-known. Anushka Shetty, Tamannaah Bhatia, Shraddha Kapoor, Pooja Hegde are star names. Shruti Haasan in 'Salaar' and Deepika Padukone in 'Kalki 2898 AD' were not Prabhas' heroines but they did have well-developed supporting/lead roles in the movies. And they are popular names in the film industry.
In his movie with director Hanu Raghavapudi, though, Prabhas will be romancing an unknown face. Her name is Imanvi Esmail, who caught the eye of filmmakers by creating reels on social media. Mythri Movie Makers is said to have cast her without reservations.
"Born in Delhi in 1995, Imanvi pursued her passion for dance while completing her MBA. With her father's support, she quit her job and started a YouTube channel. This led to her big break as the lead actress in a Prabhas film directed by Hanu Raghavapudi," a report says.
The film is said to be titled 'Fauji'. Movie buffs have been trying to learn more about Imanvi ever since the project was launched on Saturday.
