Bollywood actor Arshad Warsi has dropped a bomb about Prabhas' look in 'Kalki 2898 AD'. The guy has gone on record saying Prabhas looked like a total joker in the dystopian epic action entertainer! Can you believe it? He even said something about wanting to see Prabhas as a badass like Mad Max, not a clown.
Arshad actually dug into the filmmakers too, saying he has no clue why they would do this to Prabhas. But hey, he did like Amitabh Bachchan's part in the Nag Ashwin-directed blockbuster. Seems like Arshad was really expecting a lot from Prabhas after the 'Baahubali' duology and 'Salaar'. He is basically saying Prabhas was downgraded in his most recent movie.
There is gonna be a 'Kalki 2898 AD' sequel, and maybe, just maybe, Prabhas will manage to win over Arshad's heart through the sequel, slated to hit the cinemas in 2025.
'Kalki 2898 AD', co-starring Deepika Padukone, is set in the future, with Prabhas playing a bounty hunter. It's a big-budget film with a crazy storyline. The film is expected to stream on Amazon Prime Video from the last week of August or the first week of September.
