Actor Nara Rohit hasn't had a release in years. His next theatrical release is 'Prathinidhi 2', a political drama. Journalist Murthy Devagupthapu is wielding the megaphone.
On Saturday, Rohit's 20th film as a male lead was made official under the aegis of director Venkatesh Nimmalapudi. The new director has collaborated with producers Santhosh Chinnapolla, Gowtham Reddy, and Rakesh Mahankalli for the same.
Rohit has chosen a "fun-filled rom-com packed with many colorful nuances that will be relatable to every individual" this time. So, it is going to be a light film in the era of thrillers and action dramas.
Starring Sri Devi Vijay Kumar and Vriti Vaghani as the heroines, the untitled rom-com will see VK Naresh and Vasuki Anand in important roles. Pradeep M Varma and Leon James, respectively, will handle the cinematography and music departments.
Satya, Ajay, VTV Ganesh, Abhinav Gomatam, Viswant, Rupa Lakshmi, Sunaina, Raghu Babu and others are doing different roles. The film is edited by Rohan Chillale. The Art Direction is by Rajesh Pentakota. The action choreography is by Pruthvi Master.
