In the past, Naga Shaurya and Vishwak Sen resorted to similar publicity gimmicks ahead of the announcement of their movie/OTT show. If Vijay has done something similar, he will surely be laughed at. After all, he is seen as a rare celebrity who speaks his mind. If he resorts to unoriginal and charmless publicity gimmicks, his image might take a beating.
Meanwhile, 'Kushi' is slated to hit the screens on September 1. Starring Samantha Ruth Prabhu as the heroine, the film is produced by Mythri Movie Makers. Director Shiva Nirvana has stated that there is a sensitive element that he has touched upon in the movie. The first half will feature a comedy track involving Vennela Kishore and the lead pair. The second half will feature a comedy track involving Rahul Ramakrishna and the lead man.
