The hit creative team behind the rustic entertainer Natakam—hero Ashish Gandhi, director Kalyanji Gogana, and producer Rizwan—is back together for a fresh, high-voltage cinematic outing titled ‘Danny’.
Starring Ashish Gandhi alongside Sejal Gupta, Sonal Singh, and Azhar Khan in pivotal roles, the film is jointly backed under the banners of Rizwan Entertainment and Kalyanji Content Pictures. At a special press meet held on Monday, the makers officially locked November 20 as the worldwide theatrical release date.
Ashish Gandhi: “A Cult and Wild Drama Tailored for the Big Screen”
Addressing the media, lead actor Ashish Gandhi expressed strong confidence in the film’s rustic raw appeal:
“Kalyan, Rizwan, and I created a distinct impact with Natakam, and we have reunited with the same synergy for Danny. This is going to be a cult, wild drama that pushes boundaries. Sai Karthik’s music and Rakendu Mouli’s lyrics—featuring bilingual and situational tracks—will stand out as major highlights. Sejal is an exceptional performer, and Anand Anna has captured breathtaking visuals. We arrive in theaters on November 20, and we seek everyone's support.”
Director Kalyanji Gogana echoed similar sentiments, noting that shooting major portions of the movie against scenic and unconventional backdrops—including extensive schedules in Goa—helped establish the film’s distinct visual grammar. Producer Rizwan emphasized that his long-standing comfort level with the core team ensured uncompromising production values throughout filming.
