Data entry operator at the former Health Minister's camp office colluded with two others and secretly withdrew the sanctioned amount of Chief Minister relief fund without the knowledge of a farmer from his account, who was supposed to receive the CMRF.
According to the police, a farmer Patloth Ravi Nayak applied for C.M Relief fund after his wife succumbed to snake bite while she was indulged in farm labour in an agricultural land. While the couple were working in the agriculture field, his wife suffered a snake bit and she was rushed to a private Hospital in Sangareddy later shifted to another private hospital in Ameerpet, Hyderabad for better treatment.
However she succumbed while undergoing treatment in November 2022. As he spent around Rs.5 Lakhs for her treatment, due to financial constraint he applied for CM relief fund in January-2023.
After getting to know CM Relief fund was sanctioned to him and Jogula Naresh Kumar (Contract data entry operator at former Health Minister's Camp office), along with Korlapati Vamshi and Balagoni Venkatesh Goud (Attender at Assembly), illegally withdrew the sanctioned amount without his knowledge.
A complaint has been lodged with Jubilee Hills police. The Jubilee Hills police arrested the accused, and further investigation is underway.
