Nita Ambani, the owner of the Indian Premier League(IPL) cricket team, Mumbai Indians visited Balkampet yellamma temple in Hyderabad on Wednesday evening on March 27, 2024. She was in Hyderabad to witness the IPL match between Sunrisers Hyderabad and Mumbai Indians.
Continuing her tradition of visiting Balkampet Yellamma temple whenever she visits Hyderabad, Nita Ambani reached the temple at around 7:30 Pm on Wednesday evening and offered prayers to goddess Yellama. She spent around 15 minutes in the temple. The Yellama temple EO Kunta Nagaraju and Chairman Kothapalli Sai Goud welcomed and accompanied her the whole time.
Meanwhile, the match between Sunrisers Hyderabad and Mumbai Indians did seem to disappoint Nita Amabni. As the opposite playing team, Sunrisers Hyderabad, which chose to bat first, made a record of 227/ 3, shattering the previous record of highest score by any team in the IPL history.
