Well, one more wicket seems to be out from the Congress. This is a high-profile wicket of senior Congress leader and the incumbent Bhongir MP Komatireddy Venkat Reddy who is all set to meet Prime Minister Narendra Modi today in Delhi.
This news is of huge significance in the wake of reports that the senior Komatireddy brother will be soon joining the BJP. He has been sulking at the Congress high command for quite some time and in this regard, he also skipped campaigning for Congress candidate in Munugodu at one excuse or the other.
He received a rude shock when his name was excluded from the party’s recently announced working committees. Although the high command is still sympathetic to him, Komatireddy has a bone to pick with T-PCC chief Revanth Reddy. Now, he is sending feelers and still saying he is meeting the Prime Minister in relation to development activities!
