The Adivasi community is sizable in number and they form a significant share of the vote bank. While many political parties promise a lot of things to them, they are not actually fulfilled and the Adivasis get a raw deal. However, this time, the Telangana CM KCR has taken a vow.
He has made it official that his government is going to grant lands to the Adivasis otherwise known as 'Podu Bhoomi'. This process is going to commence during the end of this month. As such, this file was pending for nearly six years and KCR has taken the onus of fulfilling it at any cost.
Nearly 2 lakh applications are present in this and the political experts say that if KCR fulfills his vow, he would be able to beat the opposition in a big way. Already, the likes of Revanth Reddy are claiming that this is one of those fake promises made by KCR to win votes and nothing will happen. So, if KCR keeps his word he would have shot two birds with one arrow.
