Their witty responses and presence of mind in countering allegations from opposition are praiseworthy. This time, it was the turn of CM K Chandrasekhar Rao.
During the last session of assembly, he took the name of Etela Rajender, the ex-BRS and present BJP member. Raising the topic of Etela's proposition to increase the DIET charges, KCR made it clear that he is welcoming Etela's proposition.
Not stopping at that, he quipped that ministers Harish Rao and Sabitha Indra Reddy should take Etela along with them while finalizing the DIET charges. This led to a major eruption of laughter in the Assembly. But KCR in his usual straight faced style maintained that he welcomes any suggestion which betters the state. And everyone understood the pun inside it.
