A comment on a YouTube video has resulted in a physical assault. Bigg Boss Hindi (OTT) title winner Elvish Yadav is accused of physically abusing Maxtern at a garment shop in Haryana's Gurugram. An FIR has been filed against him under three IPC sections.
"I was asked by Elvish Yadav to meet but I thought it was about verbal discussion. When he came to the store, he and his 8-10 goons, who were drunk started beating me and started using abusive language," Maxtern, whose real name is Sagar Thakur, said.
Maxtern has urged the Chief Minister of Haryana, ML Khattar, to get murder charges pressed against Elvish. "Elvish must be booked under a non-bailable section for the attempt to murder. He must be arrested forthwith. If anything unfortunate happens to me in the future, Elvish Yadav should be held accountable," Maxtern said in a video.
The CCTV placed in the garment shop captured the whole thrashing episode. The video evidence makes it hard for Elvish to escape.
