As per Hareem Shah, one of the most popular TikTokers from Pakistan, her country lost the ICC Men's Cricket World Cup match last Saturday owing to Black Magic. She took to Twitter to allege that Union Home Minister Amit Shah's son Jay Shah hired Kartick Chakraborty, a prominent practitioner of Tantric rituals, to execute a ritual against Team Pakistan.
"According to credible sources, BCCI Secretary Jay Shah hired famous Black magic expert/tantrik Kartick Chakraborty to do black magic on Team Pakistan. ICC should investigate. This is unacceptable!!! (sic)," she wrote.
At the time of writing this piece, Hareem's tweet had garnered nearly half a million impressions on Twitter.
Most Indians who quote-tweeted her are laughing at the suggestion. Such far-fetched and laughable allegations, not backed by even a shred of evidence, also take away the credit from Team India, especially our talented bowlers and the 'Hitman', Rohit Sharma.
