In response to the surge in devotee turnout at the Tirumala temple, the Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams (TTD) has announced the suspension of break darshan until June 30 on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays. This decision comes amid the culmination of summer vacations, the conclusion of elections, and ongoing examinations for students.
The TTD aims to streamline the darshan experience for devotees by implementing this measure, ensuring smoother proceedings during peak visitation periods. Additionally, the TTD has announced that recommendation letters from devotees will not be accepted during this timeframe.
By temporarily halting break darshan and discontinuing the acceptance of recommendation letters, the TTD seeks to manage the influx of visitors more efficiently, prioritizing the overall pilgrimage experience for devotees.
