Mangalagiri police asks TV channels not show visuals of AP violence

The Chief Public Relations Office at the Police Headquarters in Mangalagiri has issued an appeal urging television channels to refrain from repeatedly airing videos of incidents that occurred during the recent general elections in Andhra Pradesh.

The appeal highlights concerns that such repeated broadcasts could potentially disrupt the peace and order in tranquil villages once more. Authorities have called upon the editors of TV channels to take necessary measures to avoid the frequent airing of videos related to election-related events.

Following elections, violence broke out in Tirupati, Palnadu and other places in the state between various political parties.
