Rishi Singh, the newly appointed CEO of IPAC is a fiercely competitive tactician who devised the electoral campaign of CM Jagan Mohan Reddy. He is one of the trusted leaders for the YSR Congress chief.
In this context, we are hearing that Jagan is placing more trust in Rishi than what he did on the former president of IPAC, Prashanth Kishor. That is the reason why Jagan said YCP would win in a bigger manner than 2019.
Apparently, Jagan believes that Rishi was able to orchestrate the silent voting patter that is needed for a party to sustain in power and this is going to work in Jagan's favor during the election.
In the case of Prashant Kishor, he had Jagan's existing mass image and the anti incumbency factor to work on. But in the case of Rishi Singh now, he could effectively gun down whatever anti incumbency there is against Jagan and lead the campaign successfully.
The insanely successful Siddham meetings were also partly devised by Rishi along with Jagan's trusted associates. Hence, Rishi Singh is being seen as a better prospect than PK.
