One of the primary differences between Chandrababu Naidu and Jagan Mohan Reddy is the credibility in their words. Like for instance, after the 2019 polling, Jagan said YCP would win 140+ MLA seats and Chandrababu said TDP would retain power a 1000%. We all know what happened later.
Cut to now, the TDP ecosystem was confident about coming back to power after the completion of the 2019 election to a large extent. But immediately after Jagan announced to IPAC that YCP is winning over 150 MLA seats and 22 MP seats, all the josh got evaporated.
Essentially speaking, Jagan is a man of few words and he never makes a wild comment without solid reasoning. If we take this into effect, then Jagan's projection of winning bigger than 2019 is a very credible one.
Jagan's confident talk on winning the 2024 election is what differentiates him from the rest of the crop. With this comment of confidence coming from Jagan himself, the TDP ecosystem has also understood the situation.
If Jagan has made an announcement or a big statement, it is backed by factual findings and same could be the case with his projection of the 2024 election.
