The Election Commission of India has officially announced the election schedule for the coming general and assembly election and we finally got the affirmative scheduling of the electoral roll in Andhra Pradesh.
As per the latest communication from the EC, Andhra Pradesh will go to polls on the 13th of May with the polling to he held on this date. The polling date is slightly further than what many had expected.
Coming to the counting, this all-important phase of the election is set to take place on the 4th of June. The same was confirmed by the EC a short while ago.
Will Andhra Pradesh continue with the YSRCP government or pick the alliance again? We will know the answer on the 4th of June.
Telangana also will go to the election on the same day. The general Lok Sabha elections of Telangana will be held on the 13th of May with the counting on the 4th of June.
