Andhra Pradesh BJP practically has no say in Andhra Pradesh politics. But considering the dire situation of Chandrababu, he is having to deliver whatever demands BJP has in the state. That is the reason why the party is given 10 MLA seats after they won 0 seats in 2019 and lost deposits in nearly all of the 175 seats.
Now the latest updates are suggesting that AP BJP has been assigned 10 assembly constituencies as a part of the alliance and here is a look into the same.

5. Kaikalur
6. Vijayawada West
7. Badvel
8. Jammalamadugu
9. Dharmavaram
10. Adoni
YSR Congress won all these 10 seats in the 2019 election and in all likelihood, the same result could be seen in 2024 election as well, considering that the party might not face any sort of a threat from BJP which doesn't have any cadre or local leadership.
So practically speaking, YCP's count starts from 10 seats(allocated for BJP) and will only grow further with the JSP-allocated seats coming next. This irrational internally in the alliance is expected to largely favor YSR Congress.
