It is known that Telugu Desam Party is trying desperately to get the alliance going with BJP. There are two reasons behind this. Chandra Babu anyway knows TDP won't come to power no matter what happens but having BJP on the side will make it easier to divert the brunt of the attack.
Another reason is that Naidu could get immunity from the numerous cases that were filed against him by the AP government. If he is by BJP's side, then the center could protect him from the cases.
In this context, an old tweet of Chandra Babu Naidu where he made personal comments about the family of Narendra Modi is going viral on social media.
Back in 2019, when TDP separated from BJP, Babu tweeted about Modi's family "I am very proud to see my family. My family does not depend on me. But you have no family, no ties, no respect for the family system, where do you put your head when your wife talks about Yashoda Ben, the saying of Gurvinda Ginja saying also applies to you.".
From attacking Modi on a personal note to going to Delhi for his support, TDP has degraded further at a rate that even TDP leaders are staggered by it.
