Congress - 64, BRS - 39, TDP - 23, BJP - 8, MIM - 7, JSP - 1, CPI - 1. This is the tally of each of the assembly-representing parties in the Telugu states. The grand total here is 143.
On the other hand, Jagan Mohan Reddy himself has 151 MLAs on his side. His party, YSRC is bigger than every other political party in the Telugu states combined.
Moreover, Jagan has his loyalists like Ponguleti Srinivasa Reddy, Komatireddy Venkat Reddy and Bhatti Vikramarka in Telangana. He is the single largest political brand in both the Telugu states.
