Chandrababu Naidu has been sent on judicial remand to the Rajahmundry central jail in connection with the AP skill development scam that has been alleged against him by the AP government.
Naidu has now waged a legal battle against the same at the ACB court, the AP high court, and also the apex court o the country - the Supreme Court.
Incidentally, Naidu faced three major shocks in a span of 1 hour earlier today and here is a brief look into the same.
Earlier today, the ACB court canceled the extended Mulakats petition filed by Chandrababu Naidu. The court didn't see substantial cause in the argument made by CBN's team and struck down the case.
And then, the Supreme Court adjourned the bail petition filed by CBN in the Fiber Grid scam. The next hearing is pushed to the 9th of this month.
The court was also expected to pass the verdict on the quash petition filed by CBN in the skill scam case. But that didn't happen as the court pushed the date to 8 November and stated they would announce the verdict on that day itself.
As a result, Naidu ended up receiving three shocks in as many cases in a span of 1 hour as the legal fight from the TDP chief gets that much longer with these postponements.
