Telugu Desam Party chief Chandrababu Naidu is doing everything he can to come out of judicial remand from the AP skill development scam and he is leaving no stone unturned with regard to the same.
Now, CBN's legal team has filed a bail application at the Andhra Pradesh high court and the bench called for hearing on the same today. Following the hearing, the court passed the order.
The court asked Chandrababu's legal counsel if they had also filed a bail plea at the supreme court and the team replied that they had indeed filed for the same.
The high court then opined that it is not relevant for them to investigate the bail application if it is already in hearing at the supreme court. So, the court struck down the bail application filed by Chandrababu's legal team.
This will mean that Chandrababu's legal team will have to battle it out in the supreme court itself if they are to stand any chance of getting the bail for Chandrababu Naidu.
Meanwhile, the AP High Court is to continue hearing the motion filed by CBN's team regarding his health condition. This case will come to hearing later today.
