As we had reported earlier, the Income Tax Department had sent a show cause notice to Chandrababu Naidu regarding the unaccounted Rs 118 crores funds in his account. This is the most talked about topic in Andhra Pradesh political circles now.
In this context, YSRCP has brewed a new narrative involving Pawan Kalyan and this is now damaging the reputation of both Pawan Kalyan and Chandrababu Naidu.
YCP senior leader from Nellore district, Anil Yadav stated "When this Chandrababu Naidu is caught in a Rs 118 crore scam, this JanaSena's Pawan Kalyan who proudly claims that he is in politics only to question, doesn't utter a single word. This is the level of political brokerism these two people have engulfed."
Naidu getting caught in a turmoil with the Rs 118 crore evasion has come at the worst possible time for the Telugu Desam Party with less than 9 months to go for the election.
Adding to that, the YCP has started to pull Pawan into this mess and they are striking two birds with one shot. Since the day the IT sent notices to Chandrababu, Pawan hasn't made any public appearances nor has he questioned CBN about the same. This is painting a bad image for him as well.
