For a while now, there have been media reports pertaining to the constituencies that JanaSena chief Pawan Kalyan will be picking for the coming elections.
Cut to now, Pawan has officially confirmed one of the two constituencies that he will be contesting from.
“In the 2024 elections, Gajuwaka seat will go to JanaSena and there are no two ways about it. Gajuwaka voters are clearly looking for a change of leadership and they’re looking at us with a clear mandate. We will certainly win the polls this time” Pawan said.
With this, Pawan has indirectly confirmed that he will indeed be contesting from Gajuwaka in the next election without much hesitation.
After losing from here in 2019, many thought Pawan might go for a change of constituencies but he has acted adversely and has decided to stick to this constituency.
Pawan is said to be considering Bhimavaram, Pithapuram, Tirupati, and other areas for his second MLA candidature. The final call will be taken soon and an official word will follow later.
