CBI Court postpones YS. Viveka murder case

CBI Court postpones YS. Viveka murder case. YS. Vivekananda Reddy's murder case is going on and on and according to the latest, CBI Court once again postponed the case. Postponing the case to 14 August 2023, CBI this time asked Kadapa MP Avinash Reddy to appear before him in Hyderabad.

The court in the meanwhile took into consideration the supplementary chargesheet filed by the CBI in which it named YS Avinash Reddy, YS Bhaskar Reddy, and Uday Kumar Reddy in connection with the murder case. It is known that CBI also mentioned YS Avinash Reddy as accused No. 8, while YS Bhaskar Reddy and Uday Kumar Reddy were named as accused No. 6 and 7 respectively.

Uday Kumar Reddy and Bhaskar Reddy, father of Avinash Reddy are languishing in Chanchalguda Jail and they appeared in front of the CBI court during the proceedings. CBI court extended the remand of the above accused till 14 August and directed CBI to produce Avinash Reddy who is on bail in front of it without fail on 14 August 2023.

Now the question is will Avinash Reddy cooperate with the CBI and appear in front of the court or will evade it by coming up with one or the other excuses?
