Even cops are angered by Pawan's comments. Pawan Kalyan's comments on volunteers who are playing a key role and doing yeoman service in ensuring that all the welfare schemes introduced by AP CM Jagan and the ruling YSRCP reach each and every person in the state hurt the sentiments of all.
Not only the volunteers are hurt as they came out in protests on the roads apart from the ruling YSRCP leaders, Ministers, and cadre. They demanded an apology from Pawan Kalyan and started burning their effigies. As a counter to it, Jana Sena cadre started burning the effigies of CM Jagan.
During one such incident in Srikalahasthi town, CI Anju Yadav tried to stop Jana Sainiks from burning the effigy of CM Jagan. When they did not listen, she turned so furious that he caught the collar of a Jana Sainik and gave him two tight slaps. Though her action can be debated, this shows that not only the ruling YSRCP and also the volunteers are protesting against Pawan Kalyan's comments, even people and government employees like CI Anju Yadav are showing their support to the volunteers in this way.
At least, now Pawan Kalyan should realize the grave blunder he committed with his comments on volunteers and should apologize without any conditions.
