Viveka murder case: Is Sunitha a victim or a complainant?

Viveka murder case, SC shows its anger. Vivekananda Reddy's murder case is taking numerous turns with each passing day. It is known that Dasthagiri, a key accused in the Vivekananda Reddy murder case turned approver and in the meantime, MV. Krishna Reddy, PA of Vivekananda Reddy approached SC to seek to identify him as a victim.

The bench comprising of Justice Krishna Murari and Justice Sanjay Kumar in the middle of the hearing expressed their anger MV. Krishna Reddy's lawyer. They said there is no point in raising their voices and speaking loud in the court and added that the case filed by MV Krishna Reddy will be sent to the High Court first. It is suggested that a petition is pending in the Telangana High Court on this matter and it should be decided there first. However,

In the midst of all this, Sunitha Reddy's lawyer Siddhartha Luthra brought to the notice that Vivekananda Reddy's wife and daughters were identified as the victims and brought to the notice that CBI in its chargesheet named Krishna Reddy as the accused. Court asked Sunitha Reddy on what account she would like to implead in the case and Sunitha Reddy said she is the victim in the case.

Court also said it will decide whether Sunitha Reddy is a victim or a complainant. Following this Supreme Court postponed the hearing to Wednesday and CBI sought time to submit the copy of the chargesheet in court till Wednesday.
