AP CM Jagan Mohan Reddy has been modernizing education in Government schools to ensure that all the children get quality education. Already Jagananna Vidya Deevena is winning the hearts of all. Now it is coming out that the renowned US organization ETS (Educational Testing Service) entered into an MOU with the AP government.
Under this MOU, ETS committed itself to improving the communication skills of govt school students. The MoU was signed by Lejo Oommen and Srinivasa Rao, project director of Sarva Shiksha Abhiyan, on behalf of ETS India and the state government respectively.
After the MOU was signed, AP CM Jagan Mohan Reddy said "What I request is that you put in more empathy and passion in training our students in passing the TOEFL. If we can transform their lives, we would be doing a great service to their families and it could be a service to God as it helps the uplift the downtrodden,"
Class 3-Class 10 students from government schools will be trained to attain an international accent in English and their abilities to face TOEFL.AP CM Jagan Mohan Reddy requested ETS officials to expand their services even to other classes till the senior levels. He said it will help them as students would try to go abroad for undergraduate courses
