Neeraja Reddy, the former MLA of Kurnool, passed away today due to injuries sustained in a road accident. The incident occurred when her Fortuner car toppled on the highway while she was travelling from Hyderabad to Kurnool, near Beechupally.
According to sources, Neeraja Reddy was severely injured in the accident and was rushed to a private hospital in Kurnool for treatment. Unfortunately, she passed away while undergoing medical care.
Neeraja Reddy was a prominent figure in the BJP and was serving as its in-charge. She had also been elected as an MLA from Alur in 2009.
The news of Neeraja Reddy's untimely demise has come as a shock to her followers and supporters. Many political leaders and citizens have expressed their condolences and paid their respects to the late MLA.
