Revolutionary Poet Gaddar's Last Film "Ukku Satyagraham" to Release on 29th of this Month
"Ukku Satyagraham," the last film featuring the people's poet and revolutionary Gaddar, is set to release on the 29th of this month. Produced by Janam Star Satyareడ్డి, the film carries the slogan "Visakha Ukku, Telugu Vaari Hakku" (Vizag Steel is the Right of Telugu People). Gaddar not only acted in the film but also lent his voice to three songs and appeared in two songs and some impactful scenes. The film boasts lyrics by renowned writers Goreti Venkanna and Suddala Ashok Teja.
At a press meet held today, director Satyareడ్డి shared, "Revolutionary poet Gaddar's last film, 'Ukku Satyagraham,' will be released on the 29th of this month. Gaddar garu shaped the protagonist's character with inspiration from VV Lakshminarayana garu, who resigned from his post, and many other activists. This film closely mirrors real-life movements."
Former CBI Director VV Lakshminarayana also spoke at the event, stating, "'Ukku Satyagraham' shows how the Vizag Steel Plant is being privatized and how the people are resisting it. I watched some scenes, and the film is inspiring. Watching this film makes one feel like participating in this movement. It's great that Gaddar garu also acted in this film. He used to greet me with 'Lachanna, how are you?' This is a film he acted in himself. He instilled his spirit in this film. I wish this film grand success, and I hope everyone will support the film and prevent the privatization of the Vizag Steel Plant. I wish victory to everyone who acted in this film. Gaddar's daughter, Vennela, shared, "Today, I have come before you to announce the release date of the film 'Ukku Satyagraham.' Gaddar anna used to travel from Hyderabad to Vizag and back home for this film. He dedicated a lot of time to this film. His intention was to prevent the privatization of the steel plant. Gaddar garu made this film for those who shed their blood to develop the steel plant. He didn't seem to be acting in this film, but living it. I wish this film grand success."
The film features a cast that includes Gaddar, Satya Reddy, 'Pulsar Bike' Jhansi, MLA Dharmasri, MVV Satyanarayana, Prasanna Kumar, and Vennela. The music is composed by Sri Koti, and the editing is handled by Menaga Srinu. The film is produced by Janam Entertainments, with the story, screenplay, production, and direction by P. Satya Reddy.
