The Teaser of 'Mathu Vadalara 2' was released today ahead of the release of the comedy caper on September 13. The madcap comedy is produced by Clap Entertainment and Mythri Movie Makers.
Director Ritesh Rana said that 'Mathu Vadalara 2' is a direct sequel. "You will enjoy this film more if you watch it after watching the first part. After writing the sequel, I was excited. Sri Simha Koduri and Satya, too, were equally excited. We are not stressed out. We have enjoyed doing this film. This is a buddy cop comedy that has not been explored in Telugu before. This is also a whodunit revolving around a murder," the director added.
Sri Simha said that his character and characterization are completely different from those in the first part. "I and Satya work for HE Team in the movie. It's a complete makeover for me," the actor added.
Vennela Kishore, Sunil, Rohini, and Ajay are playing key roles. Kaala Bhairava is the music director. The film's making was kept under wraps by the makers till recently. "We wanted to surprise the audience. That's why we maintained secrecy," Rana said. "We have chosen September 13th as the release date because of little competition at that time," producer Cherry said.
On the occasion, Mythri Movie Makers' Y Ravi Shankar iterated that 'Pushpa 2' will surely hit the screens on December 6 without fail. A song will be released in September, followed by another in October.
