'Mr. & Mrs. Mahi', the Hindi-language romantic sports drama film, is directed by Sharan Sharma. Zee Studios and Dharma Productions have produced it.
The news is that the movie, starring Janhvi Kapoor and Rajkummar Rao, will arrive on Netflix on July 26.
"When a washed-up cricketer discovers his newlywed wife's talent on the pitch, he begins to coach her. But his resentment grows as she starts to shine," Netflix said, presenting the film's synopsis.
Kumud Mishra, Zarina Wahab and Arjit Taneja also feature in the film. Upon its release, film critics felt that it was an inadequate sports drama and an ordinary relationship drama involving a married couple. The cricket backdrop didn't help 'Mr. & Mrs. Mahi' much.
Janvhi awaits the release of 'Ulajh' on August 2. Her co-star Rajkummar Rao will be seen in 'Stree 2', which is slated to hit the screens on August 15.
