The other day, at the pre-release event of 'Gangs Of Godavari', Nandamuri Balakrishna was the chief guest. On the dais, he happened to push actress Anjali with a sense of entitlement. The actor-politician has invited a huge controversy with the video clip of him jostling the actress going viral.

Shockingly, a section of Balayya's fans were found defending him, saying that he was only pushing her jovially. "Anjali could be seen enjoying herself. Her reaction wouldn't have been laughter if she felt she was manhandled," a supporter wrote. Others counter that the power dynamics in the film industry are stacked against non-superstars. "What other option does Anjali have? If she doesn't feign happiness, she would be targeted by a section of filmmakers and producers in the film industry, given Balayya is a big star," a Netizen wrote.
