After celebrities like Nandamuri Balakrishna from Telugu cinema, it is now the turn of Rana Daggubati to host a talk show for a streaming platform. The 'Baahubali' and 'Virata Parvam' actor has united with Amazon Prime Video for a talk show titled 'The Rana Connection'.
"An exciting and curiosity-piquing talk show hosted by celebrated actor Rana Daggubati, featuring his friends and contemporaries from Indian cinema," Prime wrote on social media.
The show, to be streamed later this year, is expected to give other talk shows on OTT a run for their money. Rana is well-connected and knows how to get on board some of the biggest names. For sure, we can expect the presence of SS Rajamouli, Chiranjeevi, Mahesh Babu and, of course, his 'Baahubali' co-star Prabhas.
Rana has previously acted in 'Rana Naidu', the Netflix original. Its second season is currently in the making. Both Rana and his Babai, Venkatesh, are part of the series.
With two big OTT projects with two different players, Rana seems to have taken to OTT like never before. He has been staying away from acting assignments for the silver screen lately.
