'105 Minutes' stars Hansika Motwani as the sole protagonist and character. The single-shot movie with just one character will be released in theatres on January 26.
Speaking at the trailer launch event, Co-producer Suman Prasar Bage of Monk Films said that the thriller will be released worldwide in Telugu on Republic Day. Later, it will be released in different languages at a pan-India level. Since the content is amenable to being released in multiple languages, the makers are making efforts toward expanding its reach.
Director Raju Dussa said that he was unsure that Hansika would accept this out-and-out experimental movie at first. But once she listened to the story, she took the call and came on board.
Hansika revealed that she did a 34-minute shot in a single take for the movie. "It was a new experience for me. I rehearsed it for eight days. There are quite a few such experimental stretches in '105 Minutes. I want the audience to see our film in theatres," the star heroine said.
The film's music is by Sam CS. Kishore Boyidapu has taken care of the cinematography. Produced by Bommak Shiva of Rudransh Celluloids, the film has minimal dialogue.
