'Care Of Kancharapalem' director should get over his solo hit

'Care Of Kancharapalem' director Venkatesh Maha has warned his trolls (who are bullies as per him) by saying that they will have to face legal action if they continue to belittle him. The other day, when a Netizen asked him why he rails against films like 'KGF' when he has made just one good film ('COK'), Maha lost his cool. He tweeted something to this effect: "My silence is emboldening you guys. This is bullying. I will stand up against you all. Maha rises above bullies."

Maha probably wants to be in the news and that's why he warned his trolls of legal action. Unless there is a clear criminal intent and an attempt to cause distress, there can't be legal action against "cyber bullies".

Netizens have started describing him as the 'Gautam Gambhir of the Telugu film industry' for not getting over his solo hit even after five years. He has directed just two films so far and one of them is a remake ('Uma Maheshwara Ugra Roopasya'). Maha co-wrote the recent 'Martin Luther King', a pretty banal remake of the Tamil film 'Mandela'.

Instead of venting out his anger at trolls on social media, he should make a straight film probably. It has been too late already.
