Telugu web series have been failing to bring star cast to OTT. Recently, a star actress like Nithya Menen doing 'Kumari Srimathi' was a plus for Amazon Prime Video. ETV Win, which usually makes Originals with barely familiar names, is trying to get into the right groove. Its upcoming Original, titled '#90’s - A Middle Class Biopic', stars Shivaji, Internet sensation Mouli and Vasuki Anand of 'Toli Prema' in leading roles.
"Maths teacher. Tiffin Box. School Bench. Mee 90s memories ni malli kaluskodaniki we present you #90’s - A Middle Class Biopic," the makers said, unveiling its teaser digitally via Victory Venkatesh.
Co-starring Vasanthika, Rohan, and Snehal, the series is directed by Aditya Hasan. Presented by Naveen Medaram and produced by Rajashekar Medaram, this one has been shot by cinematographer Azeem Mohammad. With music composed by Suresh Bobbili, the Original has art direction done by Gandhi Nadikudikar. Edited by Sreedhar Sompalli, Sreedevi Tetali is its costume designer. The lyrics have been penned by Lakshmi Priyanka and Tharun.
