NTR Unveils Trailer for Aniesh and Anaswara Rajan’s ‘Itlu Arjuna’ — Presented by Nagarjuna and Produced by Venky Kudumula; Releasing November 13

Promising newcomer Aniesh is stepping into the spotlight with his highly anticipated debut film, ‘Itlu Arjuna’, which boasts the prestigious backing of King Nagarjuna, who is presenting the project. Directed by Mahesh Uppala and produced by star director Venky Kudumula under the banner of What Next Entertainments, the film stars Anaswara Rajan as the female lead.

Following a stellar pre-release campaign driven by chartbuster music and an intriguing teaser, the makers have now unveiled the theatrical trailer, launched by none other than Young Tiger NTR.

NTR Praises Debutant Aniesh’s Bold Choice

Taking to social media platform X to launch the trailer, NTR showered praise on the debutant actor for taking a remarkably bold risk with his very first role:

“@anieshforyou, your debut speaks without a single word and that takes real guts. Choosing a role like this for your very first film shows how much you believe in the story over everything else. Wishing you a wonderful start brother. Best wishes to @MusicThaman #AnaswaraRajan @itsmaheshuppala @rajamahadhevan @VenkyKudumula and the entire team on their release on Nov 13th.”

Inside the Trailer: A High-Stakes Chase, a 1,000-Crore Mystery, and Silent Romance

The trailer sets an electric pace right from the start, opening with police forces laying elaborate traps to catch a elusive thief. Into this high-tension investigation walks Arjun (played by Aniesh), a remarkably intelligent young man who happens to be mute.

While locals vouch for his brilliance, Arjun’s world centers around his profound love for Keerthi (Anaswara Rajan)—a bond that transcends spoken words. However, the romance is violently upended when the young couple finds themselves hunted by both law enforcement and a ruthless gang of goons. At the center of this frantic cat-and-mouse game is a mysterious pen drive and a massive 1,000-crore deal.

Director Mahesh Uppala expertly weaves romance, high-octane action, comedy, and psychological suspense into a tight narrative, keeping Arjun's true identity carefully guarded: Is he a mastermind thief, an innocent bystander trapped by fate, or someone with an entirely unexpected agenda?

Standout Performances and Technical Brilliance

  • Aniesh’s Striking Debut: Playing a mute protagonist requires immense physical control, relying entirely on micro-expressions, body language, and intense eye contact. Aniesh delivers a remarkably seasoned performance, seamlessly transitioning from vulnerable romantic moments to high-energy action chases.

  • Anaswara Rajan’s Charm: As Keerthi, Anaswara brings a delicate blend of endearing vulnerability and fierce emotional strength, especially in sequences where she urges Arjun to stand his ground against mounting danger.

  • Technical Mastery: Raja Mahadhevan’s cinematography paints the romantic portions with breathtaking visual warmth while lending gritty shadows to the thriller sequences. Meanwhile, music director S. Thaman delivers an electrifying background score that effortlessly balances tender melodies with pounding, pulse-quickening rhythms.

Itlu Arjuna is locked for a grand worldwide theatrical release on November 13.
