Mahesh Babu’s nephew Ashok Galla will be romancing Femina Miss India 2020 Manasa Varanasi in an untitled film directed by Arjun Jandyala. The film's story has been penned by 'AWE' and 'Hanu-Man' director Prasanth Varma.
"We have cast Manasa in a lead role. Satya Bhama is her name in the film," the makers today said, unveiling her first-look poster. We see the 26-year-old damsel in a traditional look in it.
Music director Bheems Ceciroleo, who is doing important films like 'MAD', is on board.
Manasa, who is the Miss World India 2021, was encouraged by her lecturer at her Engineering college in Hyderabad to become a model. A Bharatnatyam and music enthusiast, she worked as a financial information exchange analyst before becoming a full-time model. A graduate in Computer Science from Vasavi College of Engineering, she is making cautious moves in Telugu cinema.
As for Ashok Galla, his film 'Hero' was released in theatres in January 2022. Directed by Sriram Adittya, the film had Niddhi Agerwal as the heroine.
