Much-awaited 'Leo' does it in 125 working days

Director Lokesh Kanagaraj has of late become a tentpole filmmaker with last year's runaway hit 'Vikram'. His latest film, 'Leo', has completed its production. The film was shot for 125 working days over a period of six months. It is well on its way to hitting the screens this Dasara.

Taking to social media today, the 'Master' and 'Kaithi' director wrote, "IT'S A WRAP FOR 'LEO'. Thanks to the entire CAST AND CREW who have put their souls into this film! This journey has been yet again been very close to my heart and personal! Proud of you boys! (sic)."

This is Thalapathy Vijay's most promising film in years. Even though there was great buzz ahead of 'Sakar', 'Mersal' and 'Bigil', 'Leo' still belongs to a separate league altogether.

Trisha, Sanjay Dutt, Arjun Sarja, Gautham Vasudev Menon, Mansoor Ali Khan, Mysskin, Mathew Thomas, Priya Anand, and others are doing the film. Recently, the song 'Naa Ready' was released. Anirudh Ravichander is setting the songs to tune.

This is also the first Vijay movie after the actor recently made his political ambitions public. The Tamil superstar told his fans he won't be doing films once he forays into active politics.
