This week, 'Men Too' is going to be released by Mythri Movie Makers' distribution arm. On June 2, Rana Daggubati will be releasing 'Pareshan'. In recent times, films like 'Ranga Marthanda', 'Masooda', 'Meter' and a few others were released by established industry names.
The buzz is that small producers are selling their movies to big houses because they have got no much knowledge about how to navigate OTT deals. Theatrical releases in the case of some films are a mere formality. They aim to maximize their revenues on OTT.
In the coming years, we are going to see Mythri Movie Makers, Suresh Productions, Dil Raju's Sri Venkateswara Creations, Geetha Arts, AK Entertainments, and Abhishek Agarwal Arts, among others, bringing out many more content films.
