Sangeeth Shobhan, the youthful sensation who captured hearts with films like Mad and Mad Square, is set to star in the upcoming mystery entertainer 'Gamblers.' As the film gears up for its worldwide theatrical release on June 6th, the makers have just unveiled the lyrical video for its concept theme song, "Raju Okkadu Rani Okkathi."
Prashanthi Charulinga stars as the female lead in 'Gamblers,' which also features a strong ensemble cast including KCR fame Rocking Rakesh, Prudhviraj Bann, Sai Shwetha, Jasvika, Bharani Shankar, Malhotra Shiva, and Sivareddy. The film is produced by Sunitha and Rajkumar Brundavanam under the Reshmas Studios and Snap & Clap Entertainment banners – the same team that produced the V. Vijayendra Prasad-directed sci-fi film Srivalli. KSK Chaitanya directs this mystery thriller.
The recently released teaser for 'Gamblers' garnered excellent responses, and now, the "Raju Okkadu Rani Okkathi" song is expected to further pique audience interest. Penned by Kittu Vissapragada, the song is soulfully rendered by Saideva Harsha, Shashank Tirupathi, Vinayak, G.K. Sampath, and Jayashree, with music composed by Shashank Tirupathi.
Director KSK Chaitanya explained the significance of the new track: "This is a concept theme song. It conveys the film's core concept and theme. This song will further increase interest in the film. 'Gamblers' is a mystery entertainer, and you will see a new side of Sangeeth Shobhan in this film. It's a movie that reveals another dimension of his acting. The thrilling elements and twists in the film will surprise the audience. Crafted with a completely unique concept, this film has elements to entertain all sections of viewers. Rocking Rakesh, who recently received accolades for his film 'KCR,' plays an important role, and his character will also entertain everyone."
The producers added, "Sangeeth Shobhan's youth following from 'Mad' and 'Mad Square' needs no special mention. He is playing a role that is completely different from his previous films. We are confident that 'Gamblers,' a new concept packed with thrilling elements, will definitely entertain everyone."
