The Bharat Rashtra Samithi leader, Maganti Gopinath violated the Model Code of Conduct by entering a mosque with their party flags.
According to the sources, while prayers were happening on one hand, Gopinath entered the mosque along with his cadre. It is said that despite the mosque people allegedly requesting the Maganti Gopinath and team to wait for a while as they were offering prayers, the Maganti and co did not wait and went ahead inside as a part of his election campaign. This was also questioned by the local Borabanda corporator, Fasiuddin.
Meanwhile, the state of Telangana is gearing up for the Lok Sabha Elections to be held on May 13, 2024.
