Casino owner turned BJP leader Chikote Praveen alleges that he was threatened by former DCP Task force Radha Kishan Rao who is arrested in an illegal phone tapping case. He lodged a complaint to Telangana DGP Ravi Gupta on Tuesday April 2, 2024.
Speaking to the media Praveen said, “Radha Kishan Rao threatened to book me in a false case. When I went to the Gajwel constituency of former chief minister K Chandra Shekar Rao to protest against the Shivaji statue issue back then. Following which I was threatened not to visit Gajwel again. Kishan further gave an ultimatum that I will be booked under PD act if I didn’t follow his instructions”. Praveen further added there are many victims like him who were threatened by Radha Kishan. “The police should investigate thoroughly and take action against him for misusing his power,” said Praveen.
Praveen further alleged that Radha Kishan Rao amassed a huge wealth illegally. The police should probe into his illegal assets and further take action against him. “I have lodged a complaint with the DGP and he responded positively,” said Praveen.
