Revanth Plotting To Merge BRS With Congress?

Back in 2018, when BRS won 88 MLA seats, KCR didn't stop at that and went on to invited 12 Congress MLAs into his party. This eventually led to Congress legislative party getting merged with BRS in the assembly. This was a move to belittle and humiliate Congress to the very end by BRS.

Now, Revanth Reddy who took charge as the CM is said to be looking to give it back to KCR and hit him where it hurts the most as he himself is on an audacious plan.

As per reports, Revanth Reddy is planning to pull 26 MLAs of BRS into Congress. He has already pulled 1 MLA in the form of Danam Nagender and there are reports that more such defections will be seen soon. As claimed by Congress, a total of 26 BRS MLAs are in touch with them and are ready to switch sides whenever needed.

In case Congress really manages to invited 26 MLAs of BRS into Congress, it will mean that BRS will be left with meager 13 MLAs in total. In that case, BRS legislative party will be merged in Congress in the assembly.

But attracting 26 MLAs is a task much easier said than done so we should see if Revanth will actually be able to implement it. But if really does happen, then BRS will face existential crisis in Telangana.
