Chandrababu Naidu, the president of Telugu Desam Party has been caught in a deep political and legal battle in the aftermath of his arrest in the AP skill development scam. He is now sized up for another lengthy legal battle, this time in Telangana.
Earlier, Chandrababu landed in Hyderabad and went to his residence in the city. This is when local TDP leaders did some unwarranted overaction, which has now landed CBN in trouble.
A police case has been filed against CBN at Begumpet police station for holding an unauthorized rally in Hyderabad under crime number 531/2023. IRC section 341,290,341 and 21r/w76CP have been filed against Chandrababu Naidu by Begumpet police.
CBN went on a rally from Begumpet to Jubilee Hills residence and this has now resulted in a police case getting filed against Chandrababu. This is illegal in the context of the election code that is in effect in Hyderabad now.
The case also adds that CBN caused disruption of public activities for two hours and he is to face due legal action for the same now.
